In April 2015, Sawatzky Equine started operating from our home facility, which is located in Sturgeon County only 45 minutes northwest of Edmonton.

We have an 80 X 200' indoor arena that is insulated and heated. There is an attached 88 X 36’  barn with tack rooms, lockers, wash rack and grooming stalls. 

 

Additionally, the 100 X 200' outdoor arena is available, and in 2020 we completed our outdoor obstacle course.
 

Training horses live in individual panel pens or electric fence, all with shelters and automatic waterers.  

 

There is limited boarding available to students and clients.

 

Training and boarded horses receive free choice grass hay, salt, mineral and milled flax.
