The Sawatzky Equine Team uses natural horsemanship principles to work with horses in a way that makes sense to them.  We have a progressive program that builds understanding, soft responses and confidence in the horse.  We work with each horse as an individual, moving at their pace and considering their temperament.

 

Our trainers lay a strong basic foundation of groundwork and ridden responses that can be built on in any career that the colt is headed for.  This combination of confidence and respect can also help problem or nervous horses overcome ground handling or under saddle challenges.

 

Roland and Melissa both come from a competitive background, which is an asset to many of their clients, as they understand the balance between a great foundation and preparing young horses for the show ring.
